About this product
A solid beech board, 40 × 25 cm with one rounded end, roomy enough to chop a whole batch of onions or prep the vegetables for mahshi. Beech is dense and smooth, so it's gentle on knife edges and doesn't splinter. Rub it with a little oil now and then to keep it from drying out.
